Ruben is part of the Waikato Regional Council Young Road User Safety Programme. He teaches children aged between three and seven years old about road safety. The Programme is supported by NZ Police and Land Transport NZ.
Ruben and a presenter, visit schools and preschools throughout the Waikato region, teaching children basic road safety rules and raising their awareness of safety on the roads and their surroundings.
